Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product. Please contact us at info@purishh.com to request a return authorization. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including perishables (like Raw Honey Butter), supplements, and personal care products, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Please verify product details carefully before purchasing.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us if you need an exchange for the same item.
